Term & Conditions 

1. Prices & Payment Plan are subject to revision without any prior notice.

2. All above prices are escalation free.

3. Prices & Payment Plan Prevailing on date of application will be applicable.

4. Cheque/DD to be issued in the favor of “M/S Gayatri Hospitality and Realcon Ltd.”Payable at New Delhi/Noida/Agra.

5. Services Tax extra @3.09%& any additional/increased taxes, levies/ Govt. duties coming into force after the booking of the unit shall be borne by the Allottee/s.

6. All building plans, layouts, specifications are subject to change & modifications as decided by the Company/GNIDA.

7. Possession will be offered within 30 months from the date of booking or Flat Buyer Agreement. If delay in possession there is a penalty clause.

8. Other terms & conditions are as per the standard application form, and flat buyer agreement.
